What We Do

Canbera Bootcamp

Our signature program, Outdoor Bootcamp is renowned for its science-based results driven training that has been delivered in a supportive and structured way in Canberra since 2010. Our team of coaches are extremely knowledgeable, educated, and motivating. Our community of athletes (you!) are diverse, incredibly inspiring to train with, and come from all fitness backgrounds.


Remote Training

Our program is designed for use on smart phones and devices via our fully functional fitness App and requires no fancy equipment, spaces or previous fitness experience to complete. All our workouts are self-paced and easily followed thanks to smart in-App timers, set layouts and video tutorials.

Training programs consist of static workouts that can be completed in as little as a 2mx2m space and  outdoor workouts which are ideally completed in a backyard or local oval, however can also be adapted to be done indoors.

Stromlo Running Festival

Co-founded by Australia’s marathon great Robert De Castella in 2009, SRF has attracted participants from near and far to compete in the 10, 30, and 50km courses.

The event celebrates the strength, resilience, and courage of our community in the years that followed Canberra’s devastating 2003 bushfires. It provides an opportunity for runners of all abilities to ‘get off the road’ and challenge themselves on wide open trails that take in sweeping views of Canberra, Black Mountain Tower, the National Arboretum, and the Brindabella ranges. 


Run Club

We meet every 3-4 weeks at the Hackett carpark for Century Run Club, a social 60-90min run around the beautiful trails of Mt Ainsle and Mt Majura. Run club is free and open to all athletes, friends, and family of Century and is designed for runners of all abilities – no one is too fast or too slow for our club! We encourage our Century family to get amongst it and in the process many wind up setting PB distances and times.
