Layout:
Mark out 3 lines for stationary exercises and 3 running tracks, that all start and finish together using different colour cones for the different distances (200, 300, 400m)
Workout:
Form the class up, explain the 3 exercises and the reps, and everytime they get in here they add 2 reps. Everytime thou go out for a run it will get shorter, so they will run the big track first, come in, do their reps, then run the middle track, do their reps, then the small track, reps again then back to the big track. After 16 mins, give the class a walk to the cricket pitch and back before teaching the next round.
- 10 x Step back lunges
- 10 x Frogs
- 10 x Elbows to hands
- Run (note they run the big track first, on the next round they run the medium track and lastly the small track)
- Add 2 reps
Repeat 16mins
- 16 x Deep jump squats
- 16 x Mothers
- 16 x Shoulder pushups
- Run (note they run the big track first, on the next round they run the medium track and lastly the small track)
- Add 2 reps
Repeat 16mins
- 24 x Pump squats
- 24 x Mountain climbers
- 24 x Pump pushups
- Run (note they run the big track first, on the next round they run the medium track and lastly the small track)
- Add 2 reps
