Workout:
Form them up on line 1. Do 8 reps each for burpees, pushups, situps, run to line 2 repeat, then again line 3 and line 4 so 4 sets, then have them form up on line 1 in the order they finish so you can pair them up. Have them to tabata badger holds until the class is formed up.
So there are two workouts happening at the same time here. One partner will stay on

- Mountain climbers (continuous until partner returns)

- 12 x Biceps curls
Line 1
- 20 x Mountain climbers
- 20 x Tantrums
Repeat
Line 3
- 10 x Biceps curls
- 10 x Upright rows
Line 1
- 10 x Mountain climbers
- 10 x Tantrums
- 10 x Frogs
Repeat
Line 4
- 8 x Biceps curls
- 8 x Upright rows
- 8 x Overhead presses
Line 1
- Toetaps (continuous until partner returns)
Line 2
- 6 x Biceps curls
- 6 x Upright rows
- 6 x Overhead presses
- 6 x Thrusters
