Form them up along one line 1. Head to tail the class to pair them up. 

Workout

One partner will do a static exercise on line 1, whilst the other runs out to line 2 goes to guts, runs back in to change over. 

  • Mountain climbers line 1/Guts and up on line 2    4mins    
  • Step back lunges line 1/Down onto both knees on line 2     4mins
  • King kong pushups line 1/Down onto bum on line 2     4mins
  • Frog pushups line 1/ Down onto back on line 2  4mins

Give the class a walking rest 1-2mins

Conduct 50/100/150 reps of each exercise between the pair, one partner is running out to the line and going down to their guts and running back in while the other one is chipping away at the reps. Once they have finished the first exercise they just work through the 3 exercises. If they finish all 3 exercises they can have a walk out to the line and back in before starting again.

  • 50 x Burpees
  • 100 x Super situps
  • 150 x Tantrums

Give the class a walking rest 1-2mins

Have them do 1 set of toetaps and have them count their reps. 

They will now do movement patterns between them.

  • 30m x Badger walk (1 lap of 30m)
  • 60m x Bearcrawl (2 laps of 30m)
  • 90m x Lunge walk (3 laps of 30m).
  • While one partner is doing the movement pattern, the other one does toetaps of their reps then gets up to jog over and swap over with their partner.
