DEFENCE FORCE RECRUITING (DFR) VIRTUAL FITNESS TERMS OF PARTICIPATION: Ensure you attend all twelve (12) zoom sessions delivered by Century Strong (Mon and Thu) in accordance with the timetable. Non attendance will be marked as a Failure to Report (FTR). Additional training sessions will be provided on the App with an expectation you will conduct a minimum of two additional sessions per week in your own time, total of four sessions per week.

Inform Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) and Century Strong of your absence/inability to make any of the scheduled live sessions prior to commencement. There are two benchmark testing sessions during the program, based on the Pre Fitness Assessment (PFA). You will complete this in your own time and record your results in the App.

The second benchmarks must be completed by 11.59pm Sunday of week 6.
It is going to be HARD! Put in the effort to reap the rewards. Adhere to the safety instructions and rules. If you are not deemed ‘PFA Fit’ at your medical, call your regional DFR member to discuss if you are able to continue the program.

NOTE: Attendance in this program DOES NOT guarantee you a job.

PRIVACY: Participant photos and body measurements uploaded to your profile are private between you and your coach. These are not shared or seen by DFR or other participants.

REMOVAL: You will be removed from the program if any of the following occur: You are deemed unsuitable to continue the recruiting process at Assessment Day; Withdraw at own request – please let DFR and Century Strong know asap; Your ADF application is withdrawn at any stage within the 6 week program; You enlist or appoint within the 6 week program; If you become injured and cannot participate; or Non attendance at 3 training sessions or failure to complete benchmark testing.
