Coach AnnaWoden
Coach Anna has been a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience to her coaching. She began her fitness career at a ladies-only gym before joining Century Strong in 2013, where she continues to help clients build strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
Anna’s love of movement began with calisthenics, which she trained in from age 3 to 21. This early foundation in body awareness, resilience, and performance continues to influence her coaching style today. While she’s explored CrossFit and strength training, her current approach leans toward sustainable, low-impact movement—like walking, Pilates, and yoga—especially as a busy mum of three, including twins.
Known for her calm, supportive coaching style, Anna creates spaces where people feel encouraged to show up as they are. She believes fitness should be empowering—not intimidating—and thrives on helping others discover what they’re truly capable of.
Outside of coaching, Anna works in public policy, with over 14 years’ experience in aged care, disability, and health. She holds a Diploma of Government and is completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2025. Her passion for sport, community, and movement drives everything she does.
